About Kristina

I don’t believe women need to be told who to become.

I believe they’ve simply forgotten who they are.

Somewhere between being a good partner, a devoted mother, a successful professional—and everything else the world asks of us—many women lose the most important relationship they’ll ever have: the one with themselves.

I know that journey because I’ve lived it.

I was born in Latvia and have since built a life in California, London, and now Florence, Italy. Every move meant beginning again. Leaving behind what was familiar. Finding my place in a new culture. Learning a new language. Rebuilding friendships, community, and identity.

Again and again, life asked me the same question:

Who are you when everything familiar disappears?

Then life asked an even deeper one.

My family lived through a devastating health crisis that changed our perspective forever. It stripped away the illusion of certainty and reminded us that what truly matters isn’t how much we achieve, but how deeply we love, how present we are, and how we choose to show up for one another when life becomes difficult.

That season transformed me.

Not because it made me stronger.

But because it made me wiser, more compassionate, and far less interested in perfection.

Alongside that, I’ve spent more than a decade building a marriage with my husband while raising our two daughters and creating a life together across different countries. Through every transition, challenge, and season of growth, I’ve come to believe that healthy relationships don’t happen by accident. They are built on shared values, honest communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to keep growing together.

Those experiences didn’t give me all the answers.

They taught me how to ask better questions.

Over the years, I’ve noticed something.

People rarely come to me because they want advice.

They come because they want clarity.

They tell me,

“You helped me see something I couldn’t see before.”

That is the foundation of my coaching.

As a certified Jay Shetty Coach, I combine evidence-based coaching methods with the perspective that comes from living through change, rebuilding more than once, and learning that our greatest breakthroughs rarely happen because someone tells us what to do.

They happen when someone helps us hear ourselves again.

I don’t believe confidence comes from pretending to have everything figured out.

I believe confidence is what naturally emerges when your choices begin to align with your values.

I don’t believe heartbreak is only about losing another person.

Often, it’s about losing the version of yourself you became while trying to hold on to them.

And I don’t believe women need fixing.

I believe they need the courage, clarity, and support to stop abandoning themselves.

Today, I work with women around the world who are navigating heartbreak, difficult relationships, life transitions, uncertainty, or simply the quiet feeling that life has more to offer than surviving one day at a time.

My role isn’t to tell you what decisions to make.

It’s to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with your intuition, and trust yourself enough to make those decisions with confidence.

Because the most meaningful transformations don’t happen when someone changes your life.

They happen when you remember that you have the power to change it yourself.

If you’ve found your way here, perhaps this isn’t the end of your story.

Perhaps it’s the beginning of the chapter where you finally choose yourself.

I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
